Some organizations require employees to wear them, some require employees to wear security clearance cards. So, I can cater to both of those requirements with my ID badges. And during the day when I went out, I wore a simple cotton square bandanna, from the collection I had accumulated for my Labrador when she was still with us. Or, I wore two hats!
